Paddle Sports Instruction in the Greater Yellowstone

ACA-Certified Positions

Rendezvous River Sports seeks passionate instructor candidates committed to creating a culture for all, to delivering gold standard guest experiences in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.

We offer instruction in whitewater kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, rafting, packrafting, and multi-day lake kayaking.

Required Qualifications

All instructors must maintain:

  • Current ACA Instructor certification
  • Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certification (required for multi-day trips)

We provide ACA Instructor courses and work with qualified candidates to meet certification requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

  • Passion for paddle sports and ability to teach
  • Interest in exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem
  • Strong attention to guest experience
  • Supportive attitude in fast-paced environments

Preferred certifications: ACA L1/L4 Kayak Instructor, WFA/WFR, SWR, LNT Trainer, CIG.
