Payment in full is due for all reservations (trips, lessons, and rentals).

• 48+ hours: Full refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund.
• Overnight or multi-day trips: 14+ days required for a refund, less a 5% cancellation fee.
• No-shows: No refund.

Trips operate rain or shine. We do not issue weather refunds if a trip runs. If we cancel a trip due to unsafe conditions or other operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
