Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. You will be notified of any delays.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.


Returns and Exchanges


Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packagings. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through at our retail locations.

For new unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization.

Returns due to some fault of will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs-UPS Ground or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns that are not our fault are subject to restocking/handling fees plus shipping.

Every item carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and dropping are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty. Warranty will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on the merchandise we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise in our catalogs. shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise. urges you to wear a helmet and use lighting regardless of the legal requirements pertaining thereto in your particular state.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Lessons and Tours Cancellations & Refunds                                                                                                                           
Payment in full is due for all reservations. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund less a 5% cancellation fee - No refund will be given for late cancellations. For overnight tours and ACA Courses cancellations must be made 14 days in advance and there is a 5% cancellation fee. If a course or tour is canceled by us and we cannot provide a suitable alternative we will provide a full refund.


Covid-19 Cancellation Policy - if you develop symptoms of Covid-19 (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, chills) within 48 hours of your scheduled departure you may cancel and you will receive a gift card that is good for another lesson, tour or items from our store for five years.
